Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped the next business day. (Note: Orders placed on Fridays are shipped on the following Monday.) During collection launches and sale periods, processing times may be delayed due to high demand.
The estimated delivery time begins once your order is shipped, not when it is placed. Please allow 2-4 business days for tracking updates. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

There are some products (e.g. THE F90 JERSEY), where products are shipped from a german Partner, thus GERMANY is considered as domestic. The shipping rate is €4,90 for Germany, and €9,90 for the rest of Europe, respectively.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over the following thresholds:
- Austria: €125
- Europe: €150
- Rest of the World: Free Shipping not available
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped from our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will allow you to track your order and stay updated on its delivery status.
Customs Fees and Taxes
All deliveries within Europe are exempt from import duties and taxes. For international orders, any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that shipping costs, taxes, and any duties are non-refundable.
Click & Collect
We currently do not offer a Click & Collect service.
